Custom Forged Wheel Orders
1.1 All orders for forged wheels are custom-made to fit specific vehicle specifications. Aim Billet (Loz Motorsports) shall not be held liable for incorrect fitment data supplied by the Buyer. As such, all forged wheel orders are final upon confirmation, and returns or exchanges are strictly not permitted under any circumstances.

Order Acceptance and Cancellation
2.1 All orders placed with Aim Billet (Loz Motorsports) are subject to acceptance by the Seller.
2.2 Once an order for custom forged wheels or any custom work (including powder coating, bolt patterns, or center bore modifications) is accepted and confirmed, it cannot be canceled or altered. The Buyer shall be fully liable for the total cost of the order.

Deposit and Payment Terms
3.1 A non-refundable deposit of [Specify Percentage or Amount] is required at the time of order placement to initiate production.
3.2 The remaining balance must be paid prior to shipment. In the event of cancellation by the Buyer, the deposit will be forfeited, and the Buyer agrees to pay any additional costs incurred by the Seller up to the point of cancellation.

Force Majeure and Exceptions
4.1 The Seller shall not be responsible for delays or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, governmental actions, labor disputes, or supply chain disruptions.
4.2 In such cases, the Seller reserves the right to cancel orders without liability, offering refunds for any monies paid for products not yet completed or delivered.

Changes to Orders
5.1 Any requests for changes to an order must be submitted in writing and are subject to approval by the Seller. Approved changes may incur additional charges and/or extend delivery times.

Liability Limitations and Indemnity
6.1 The Seller's liability for any cancellation is limited to the refund of deposits or amounts paid for undelivered goods, excluding custom or completed products.
6.2 The Buyer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Seller from any claims, losses, or damages arising from cancellations or alterations requested by the Buyer.

Communication and Confirmation
7.1 All communication regarding order cancellations or modifications must be conducted via [Specify Method, e.g., email]. Verbal cancellations are not accepted.

Custom Powder Coating Orders
8.1 Custom powder coating orders may experience delays, and the company does not guarantee completion within the original estimated timeline.
8.2 Due to the nature of custom finishes, additional processing time may be necessary to address blemishes or imperfections, which could extend delivery times.

Non-Returnable Custom Orders
9.1 Items that have been customized—such as powder coating, unique bolt patterns, or modified center bores—are categorically non-returnable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged.

Verification of Delivery and Identity
10.1 Upon delivery, the Seller or their representative may personally deliver the wheels to ensure proper fitment and installation.
10.2 The Buyer must sign a delivery confirmation form upon receipt, verifying the goods are in satisfactory condition.
10.3 The Buyer is required to provide valid identification at the time of signing to confirm their identity and acceptance of these terms.
